How To: Charcuterie

Have you ever heard of a charcuterie board? Although the word charcuterie means cured meats, modern charcuterie boards integrate a wide variety of food. Meats, cheeses, nuts, and fruits are only a few things you will find on one of today’s most beloved party appetizers. Come join our chefs to learn the basics of building your own charcuterie board. From different ways to style meats and cheeses, to the best flavor pairings, we will make sure you can go home and impress all of your family and friends! Along with learning how to build one, we will be sending you home with your very own practice board! Be prepared to dazzle all of your party guests with a board that looks good, and tastes even better!
