If so, join us for a fun and interactive cooking class where you will learn how to make Lamb Vindaloo and Paneer Makhani, wonderful curries with beautiful spices flavors, Rice, the perfect accompaniment for any curry, Raised Naan, a soft and fluffy bread that you can bake in your oven, and Mango Lassi, a refreshing yogurt drink with mango pulp. You will get to enjoy your creations at the end of the class and take home the recipes and tips to impress your family and friends. What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
