Into the Woods with Bread

Is time for the grown ups to dust their inner child skills and come play with their food! We will review with you how to prepare your goodies, ahead from the busy baking of the Holiday day, and serve them like freshly baked on your Holiday Table!

In this class, we will create whimsical and delicious bread that evoke the spirit of the woods. We will discover the secrets behind crafting a beautiful focaccia bread by hand and transform it into an art piece, we will have fun bringing animal-shaped dinner rolls to live, and we will put together a delightful dessert! Chef Freyka will share the techniques of bread-making; from kneading and shaping to baking. You will eave the class with new baking skills, unique recipes to recreate at home, and a sense of wonder for the magical world of bread-making.
