If you’re a foodie you’ve probably wandered around our cheese island more than once. In fact, you’ve likely savored the cheeses and asked yourself if that combination really works. Join us at the cooking school for a fun, entertaining, and educational night. We will be exploring Italian cheeses and tasting Italian wines, while enjoying a cooking demo using the cheeses we’re exploring.
