Japanese Rice Bowl

In Japan, mixed rice bowls or “chirashi” (meaning scattered) are a traditional meal with a sushi rice base and scattered with a variety of fresh and flavorful toppings; including, fresh fish, egg, vegetables, and condiments.

Join Chef Freyka and Dietitian Ashley to learn some simple, unique recipes to customize your very own chirashi bowls at home. You’ll master recipes which can be made in advance — perfect for versatile weeknight meals or lunch on the go!
