Japanese Rice Bowls

In Japan, mixed rice bowls or “chirashi” (meaning scattered) bowls are a traditional meal with a base of sushi rice and scattered with a variety of fresh and flavorful toppings including, fresh fish, egg, vegetables, and condiments.

Join Chef Callyn to learn some simple, unique recipes to customize your very own chirashi bowls at home. You’ll master recipes which can be made in advance — perfect for versatile weeknight meals or lunch on the go!
