Junior Chef: Hand-Rolled Pasta and Sauces

This class is designed for kids 8 and up. Pasta, pasta, pasta! Do you know how to make fresh pasta by hand? If you don’t, Chef Casey can’t wait to teach you! Join us as we show you the tips and tricks to become a pasta master. We learn how to make pasta dough and shape pasta like the pros. You’ll create fresh orecchiette (little ear pasta), Trofie (small twisted strands), and cavatelli (small tubular pasta) by hand — no pasta machine needed!

This class is designed for kids, by themselves, age 8 and up. Parents may attend but must purchase a seat. Seats are priced per person.
