In this class, children will learn the art of creating whimsical and delicious bread creations that evoke the spirit of the woods. They’ll discover the secrets behind crafting beautiful focaccia bread art, animal-shaped dinner rolls, and a delightful dessert! Chef Freyka will share the techniques of bread-making; from kneading and shaping to baking. They’ll learn how to infuse their creations with natural flavors and colors using herbs, vegetables, and edible flowers, transforming their bread into edible masterpieces. Our Junior Chefs will develop essential baking skills, such as dough handling and proper proofing techniques, while also unleashing their creativity through edible art. They’ll leave the class with new baking skills, unique recipes to recreate at home, and a sense of wonder for the magical world of bread-making.
