Chef Freyka is an experienced baker and she will share her years of learning with your Junior Chef, from the origins of these delicious cookies to the techniques and various flavor options. She will share her love for creating, mixing, and of course eating macarons! She’ll guide you with ease through all the steps to make these tasty morsels as she helps you master the finicky techniques of “macaronag-ing”! We will also be learning how to make coconut macaroons, emphasizing meringue technique so that you can master many more recipes in the future! Join us to discover the world of Macaroons, and experiment with flavors, shapes, and decorations.
At the end of the camp, your child will bring home their delicious creations, along with a recipe booklet filled with tips and tricks. Don’t miss this opportunity to ignite your child’s passion for baking and expand their culinary skills!
