Junior Chef: Cooking Italian Gnocchi

A 1-day camp class designed to awaken the inner cooking instincts of your junior chef!

Gnocchi is a great way to get your kids involved in cooking while making life-long memories!

Junior Chefs will learn how to make potato gnocchi dough from scratch for a delicious skillet that they create on their own. We will also learn the basics of sauce making and send the kids home with Bolognese sauce ready to go for your dinner, just add pasta! Our students will be divided into groups of 4, please comment the age of your junior chef to help us assign them to a group with peers closest to their same age.

  • This class is designed for children ages 8-12 years old
  • Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult
  • This class is not for adults, unless the adult is accompanying a minor.
