Junior Chef: French Toast Food Truck

Food trucks are not just about lunch and dinner – they are great for breakfast too! Join Chef Nancy and get inspired with some new tasty food truck-style French Toast and learn some new cooking techniques and skills! Be prepared to jump out of bed quicker than you ever have before! In this class, you will learn a modern take on a French classic, Croque Madame. Learn the technique of egg cookery, and how to make a cheesy dipping sauce. You will also learn the techniques of a Stuffed French Toast, stuffed with a sweet filling of macerated berries and honey-sweetened cream cheese. We’ll finish it off with a berry compote. You will receive a 6″ egg pan to take home with you!

This class is designed for Junior Chefs aged 8 to 14 years old who can attend by themselves. If your child is below the minimum age, please contact the school before registering. Parents who want to join the class must also buy a seat.
