Junior Chef: Knife Skills

The first skill a chef develops is cutting properly with a knife. As we start summer, it’s a great time to pick up some knife skills! You’ll practice several techniques using real knives to cut, chop, and mince quickly and safely. Use your new skills to prepare vegetables and chicken for a lunch of delicious fajitas! When you complete your class, you get to keep your knife!

Note: This class is designed for Junior Chefs ages 8 to 14 years old. If your child is below the minimum age, please contact the school before registering.
