In this class, we’ll show you just how simple cooking with fish can be! We’ll cook up garlicky lemon salmon and summer squash, homemade 7-grain croutons, and a seasonal fruit salad. Along the way we will be learning how to make a homemade vinaigrette, spiralize vegetables, perfectly bake salmon, and create a complete nutritious meal. Each junior chef will be given a Veggetti vegetable spiralizer to take home!
Note: This class is designed for Junior Chefs ages 8 to 14 years old. If your child is below the minimum age, please contact the school before registering.
