Kayenta: Mardi Gras Private Event

Mardi Gras!  It’s an event filled with celebrations, parades, balls, and Bourbon Street, ..and for Chef Jackie and Chef Shane, it’s just another reason for a party! In fine New Orleans style, The Chefs will demonstrate the preparation of Creole-Italian Oysters, Andouille Gumbo and many other accompaniments you would experience when stepping in to the many fine restaurants located in the French Quarter.
