Knife Skills 101

Knowing how to utilize a knife properly is essential in the kitchen. This class will teach basic skills from holding a knife correctly to slicing and dicing with the utmost precision. You will be learning classic knife cuts and even take home a classic chef’s knife, a $85 Value!
