Knife Skills

Proper knife use is the most essential skill in any kitchen. Join Chef Callyn as she breaks down handling and caring for your blades, and demonstrates essential cuts for any recipe! You’ll learn how to dice, julienne, chiffonade, bias cut, mince, rondelle, and citrus suprème while using your new Henckels knife included with your class purchase! We will provide a light meal before you begin and you’ll take home all of your beautifully cut veggies, and new wealth of knowledge.

Note: Because this is a mask-free environment, in-person cooking classes are for those ages 12 and up who are fully vaccinated.
