Mastering Knife Skills

Knowing how to use a knife is critical in the kitchen. This class will teach basic skills and give you cutting edge techniques. You will learn classic knife cuts and take home a classic chef’s knife (a $55 value). Come hungry, your meal will be provided.

Kevin Hays from Master Knife Professional Knife Sharpening will be here with his sharpening tools, so brings your knives! sharpening costs $1 per inch.
