Knife Skills

Are your knife skills sharp enough?  Join Chef Nancy as she demonstrates the essential cuts for cutting a wide range of vegetables and fruits. You will learn the best way to hold your knife to maximize safety and efficiency as she demonstrates the four main cutting techniques- low, high horizontal, and pull. You will be introduced to the basic cuts: dice, julienne, batonnet, chiffonade, mince, and citrus supreme. Included with your workshop is a new Henckels knife and a few recipes to practice your newly found skills. A light snack will be served during class.

Each seat is priced per person.
