Knife Skills

Proper knife use is the most essential skill in any kitchen. Join Chef Callyn as she breaks down handling and caring for your blades, and demonstrates essential cuts for any recipe! You’ll take home a Classic Chef’s Knife or Santoku (a $55 Value), your beautifully cut veggies, and a wealth of knowledge. Kevin Hays from Master Knife Professional Knife Sharpening will also be on site offering sharpening services for your knives for only $1 per inch.

A light meal will be provided.
