In this interactive class, you’ll learn the art of bread-making and discover the joy of creating delicious homemade rolls, buns, and more. Chef Freyka will guide you to master essential techniques for mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking each type of bread to perfection. She will share tips and tricks to ensure your breads turn out soft, flavorful, and visually appealing. As the dough rises and the aromas fill the air, you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment and excitement for the upcoming feast.

This class is designed for bread enthusiasts of all levels, whether you’re new to bread or an experienced baker. Come together with fellow bread lovers as we embark on this new adventure. As a reward for your hard work on this special day, you’ll take home an abundance of all the freshly baked breads we make during class, ready to be shared with family and friends during your Labor Day festivities. Plus, some more to bake at home, and fill your kitchen with the delicious aroma that bread leaves as it bakes away!
