Let’s Make Risotto

Risotto is, hands down, one of Italy’s best meals. The process of making it can seem scary or tedious to some, but learning to master the technique is an art form in itself. After this class, you’ll be able to make the best risotto and show it off to family and friends (it’s especially impressive on a date). Come hungry, there will be lots of food and we’ll pair what we make with the perfect wines.

Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government issued I.D.
