Join us for an evening of entertainment as we learn about local cheeses and pair them with some of our favorite beer from local-to-Utah breweries.
Interest in home-brewed beer has grown over the last few years and Utah is home to approximately 30 local producers, giving us more than a great selection!
With a blind tasting of four ales (two types from two different brands), this class will help you discover the truth about your own palate and what you really prefer. We’ll taste four of our local cheeses, and learn how beer and cheese enhance the flavor of your favorite foods.
Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government issued I.D.
