Macarons 101

Have you ever wanted to master the art of making macarons? Join Chef Jackie as she walks you through making this wonderful cookie! She’ll provide you with all kinds of tips and hints as you create your own cookie masterpieces in this virtual hands-on class. There are 3 types of macaron cookies: French method, Italian method and Swiss method. We will teach you the Italian method and provide you with 1 chef prepared filling and the ingredients to create another. Don’t miss this class!

Kit Includes:
All Ingredients for Macaron Cookies
1 package Gel Food Coloring (4 colors)
Chocolate Dulce de Leche
Lemon Curd Filling (chef-prepared)

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients to create plenty of macarons. Each kit is designed for two people. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Santa Clara cooking school on Friday, April 2nd from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
