Macarons

Macarons can be tricky to make, but they’re so delicious we gladly make the effort. After taking this class you’ll love creating your own macarons at home. You will learn how to make macarons using the Italian meringue method. We will also be making a lemon curd and raspberry filling which will complete this perfect little confection. This one fills up fast so, sign up today!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Station Park cooking school on Thursday, April 22nd after 3 p.m.
