Fall Flavor Macarons: Italian Meringue

Traditional French macarons are those little cookies made out of almond meal and egg whites which are all the craze right now. They are not easy to make, but after this class you will be able to show off your skills with precision. Chef Daniela will demonstrate how to make macarons using the Italian meringue method. Teams of four will work together to make these delicious gluten free cookies from scratch. We will also decorate them with a fall theme and flavors. Every guest will take home some macarons to share with family and friends! This class is built for adults, but teens are also welcome!
