Shamrock Macarons: Italian Meringue Method

Let’s celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with delicious “shamrock” flavor macarons. Traditional French macarons are those little cookies made out of almond meal and egg whites which are all the craze right now. They are not easy to make, but after this class you will be able to show off your skills with precision. Chef Daniela will demonstrate how to make macarons using the Italian meringue method. Teams of four will work together to make these delicious gluten free cookies from scratch. A light dinner will also be served, and every guest will take home some macarons to share with family and friends.

Seats are priced per person. You will be working with other guests to form groups of 4 for efficient use of the kitchen.
