Make-and-Take Beef Wellington

Beef Wellington is one of the most impressive dishes you can prepare for your holiday table. In this workshop you will make a Beef Wellington to take home and serve to your family and friends. Each guest will receive a two-pound beef tenderloin to turn into a show-stopping Beef Wellington, which you can then bake at home to impress six to ten guests at your holiday feast. You’ll also enjoy a Beef Wellington dinner the night of the class along with some delicious mulled wine.
