We are here to help you bring home a new and different dinner idea for your family. Chef Freyka would like to celebrate families coming together around the table, and she wants to give you a good head start on a delicious dinner. Come and learn the art of making tamales as we guide you through the process with the ease of someone who grew up making them. Though intimidating to a newcomer, they’re not difficult, and after you learn them you will be able to create memories with your family that will last a lifetime. You will be making enough tamales and sides to take home for a perfect dinner for 4.
