Making Pasta from Scratch with Cheese and Wine Tasting

Who doesn’t like the taste of fresh pasta, cooked to order? If you love fresh pasta or want to try it for the first time, this class is for you! Chef Daniela will teach you how to make pasta dough, how to roll it, and how to cut it into different shapes. To pair nicely with your pasta, she’ll also teach you how to make two sauces, and provide a delicious cheese and wine education¬† and tasting. Yum!

We will work in groups of four to utilize the kitchen space more effectively.

Cheese and Wine Tasting
Fresh Pasta Dough ( Semolina)
Loaded Tomato Sauce with Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
Pasta Carbonara with Pecorino Cheese
Cannoli with Mascarpone Lemon filling ( Chef’s prepared)
Seats are priced per person.

Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government issued I.D.
