Making Pasta from Scratch : plus Cheese and Wine Tasting

Who doesn’t like the taste of fresh pasta, cooked to order?! If you love fresh pasta or want to try it for the first time, this class is for you !!! Chef Daniela will teach you how to make pasta dough, how to roll it, and how to cut it into different shapes. To pair nicely with your pasta, she’ll also teach you how to make three sauces. Yum!!!

A cheese tasting, paired with a nice glass of wine, will be served.

Fresh pasta dough
Alfredo sauce
Carbonara
Marinara sauce

And finish the night with a Chef’s choice dessert.

Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government issued I.D.
