Slice, dice, and simplify your school year! Learn to prep quick, delicious meals with our Master Knife Skills class, and take home not just a new Chef Knife (Included in class) but your new set of skills that will ease your meal preps to come!

A sharp knife is one of the most essential tools an avid cook needs and Chef Freyka is here to teach you how to put your knife to good use! learn how to chop, dice, and slice like a pro! You’ll learn proper care, use and storage for your knives, as well as mastering key cuts used in meal preparations. From julienne to brunoise, you’ll be cutting with confidence, making meal prep a breeze! Your practice and effort will be transformed into three days worth of meal prep! Chef Freyka will guide you through the process of planning, prepping, and storing three days’ worth of healthy and delicious meals.

Each seat also includes a Henckels chefs knife (a $55 value) for you to learn and experience how easy meal prep can be!
