Master Knife Skills

Let’s shake things up a bit! A knife-skill class with a couple of helpful hints on cooking techniques! This class is suited for beginners and budding chefs alike. Learn how to slice, dice, chop, mince, and chiffonade safely and efficiently. Chef Freyka will also guide you through the practice of keeping your knives sharp and honed.

At the end of class, take home your own Henckels knife (a $60 value)!

This class is great for a fun night out with your visiting family during the holiday!
