Grilled Mediterranean

Summer is here and that means it’s time to pull out the grill! These recipes will work perfectly outside on a grill or inside on a traditional kitchen setup with a grill pan. Join Chef Casey as he adds a Mediterranean spin to your grill repertoire. We will be cooking everything from lamb kababs to baba ghanoush and flatbreads, all on the grill. So round up your friends and get those grills ready. This is a class you do not want to miss! We will have a wine pairing to go along with your meal.
