Mediterranean Voyage of Flavor: Spain!

Cuisine rich in both flavor and nutrients can be found in the countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea…and Spain is no exception. Join Dietitian Heather for an evening enjoying the wholesome, healthful dishes featuring whole grains, colorful produce, legumes, and seafood.  Slow-roasted vegetables submerged in the liquid gold of the Mediterranean (extra virgin olive oil) are paired with crusty artisan bread for dipping…and that’s only the appetizer! By the end of the night you’ll have no question why the Mediterranean diet is a top pick for both health and satisfaction.
