Mirror Glaze Cakes

As Chef Jake would say, “If Pixar made a cake, this is what it would look like.” A mirror cake glaze is a shiny cake created by pouring a delicious chocolate, sugar and gelatin-based glaze over a frozen cake, called an entremet (so French!). You can use a variety of colors and shaped molds to make the frozen cake to get that super reflective surface which is how the cake got its name. If you enjoy new baking ideas, join Chef Wendy to try your hand at this technique! You don’t want to miss this super fun class!
