Mirror Glaze Cakes

As Chef Jake would say, “If Pixar made a cake, this is what it would look like.” A mirror cake glaze is a shiny cake created by pouring a delicious chocolate, sugar and gelatin-based glaze over a frozen cake, called an entremet (so French!). You can use a variety of colors and shaped molds to make the frozen cake to get that super reflective surface which is how the cake got its name.
