Mole! Mole! Mole!

There are many legends surrounding the creation of mole, but the most famous is the story that dates back to Mesoamerica, when Moctezuma served it to Cortéz after he arrived to Mexico, mistakenly thinking he was a God. We might never know the true origins of the unofficial dish of Mexico but we are lucky to have so many versions of this very famous sauce. Join Chef Casey as he teaches you how to make a mole and create a delicious dinner. Also as a treat we have whipped up a unique margarita to pair with your meal. This is a class you don’t want to miss and when you’re done you can show off all your mole skills to your friends and family.

Each seat purchased includes a chef prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional treats.
