Chef Freyka and Dietitian Marisa teamed to create a enticing new seasonings to spice up your cooking adventures. In this class, you’ll be learning how to easily make a meal that’s not just delicious, but also healthy. We will learn about seafood, cooking traditional couscous and techniques for roasting and steaming in your oven! We haven’t forgotten about dessert, and you’ll have enough to take home and indulge in a late-night snack or to treat a friend!
