Mouth-Watering Eclairs

Who can resist a delicious éclair? Translating to “flash of lightning”, it’s an enticing name for a treat and also describes the speed at which these delicacies will disappear if left unguarded. These delicious pastries are said to have been invented by the French Chef Antonin Carême. You haven’t enjoyed an éclair until you’ve tried a fresh homemade one filled to the brim with pastry cream and topped with decadent chocolate glaze. Chef Wendy is a wonderful baker and so fun to watch, sneak away and enjoy a relaxing fun evening with us!
