Much Ado About Roasting

Is your Holiday season filled with cooking nothing but cooking? Then, let’s crank our ovens 100 degrees up!

Getting a jump start for our holiday party is the difference between being part of the gathering or not seeing our friends and family until they are ready to say-goodnight. Us, the cooks of the home want to have fun as well! We will focus our class on techniques that never fail and in preparations that will help our Holiday gathering run smoothly. Learn the secrets of catering to your own party, without the stress, and with enough time to take a bath before everyone shows up!

Your menu is inspired by the bountiful table of our Founding Father’s State; quincentennial recipes taking a turn in our tables, not only they will fill our appetite but they will fill our table with conversations and anecdotes that will last longer than the meal itself.

Menu:

  • Soup Trio:(chef-prepared appetizer)
