Getting a jump start on your holiday party preparation can be the difference between being part of the gathering or not seeing our friends and family until they are ready to say goodnight.  We will focus our class on techniques that never fail and preparations that will help your next holiday gathering run smoothly. Learn the secrets of catering your own party, without the stress and with enough time to take a bath before everyone shows up!
Our menu is inspired by the bountiful tables of our Founding Fathers, quintessential recipes that will become family favorites. Not only will they satisfy our appetites, but they will fill our table with conversations and anecdotes that last longer than the meal itself!
