Natural Wine & Raw Milk Cheese – 5/30/2020

Come join a class of fresh, naturally-made wines and cheeses, where we’ll learn just how they came to be.  Bryan Hinschberger, an expert on the small-production wineries of Europe, will lead us through a smattering of naturally fermented, unfiltered, snappy, and possibly funky wines, while Harmons Cheesemonger Matt DeLoach will choose exciting and varying unpasteurized cheeses to accompany the fun!  Don’t worry, no waivers are necessary; but loads of wild flavors, aromas, and good times will be had.

Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government issued I.D.
