Join us for this exciting hands-on class exploring key techniques and recipes tailor-made to make the most of the fresh shellfish Harmons has to offer. You’ll practice perfect preparation of several shellfish varieties, combining ingredients to create a delicious meal, sure to transport you to beautiful seaside locales!
