Noodles are a classic centerpiece to many dishes and an icon in the food world. But when it comes to choosing a noodle dish it can be a nerve-wracking decision, especially when there are hundreds of noodle shapes! We are here to help fulfill those noodle dreams with two of our favorite dishes from Asia. Join Chef Casey in this hands-on class where you will learn to prepare two famous noodle dishes. If you’re a noodle lover like us then this is a class for you!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
