Bring the quintessential art of making pasta from scratch, to your home!

In this class, Chef Freyka will teach you the skills needed to make perfect pasta, from scratch, at home! She’ll cover the best of the basics from mixing and rolling, to cutting and shaping! And we’ll create some simple sauces which can be part of any given weekday. Chef Freyka will share with you her favorite sauce while growing up and a review of grilling techniques, as we prepare:

Italian Grilled Chicken
Italian Pasta from Scratch
Alfredo Sauce and Fettuccine with Vodka Sauce
Genovese Pesto vs. Peruvian Green Spaghetti
Italian Bitter Green Salad
Wine Pairing with Dinner
