One-Day International Kids Camp: Chinese Cuisine

Awakening the inner cooking instincts of our youth with a morning of culinary education!

Traverse Mountain Cooking School is holding their first One-Day International Camp, focusing on simple Chinese dishes, easy to recreate.  We’ll explore the skill needed to cook with Asian flavors, as well as the techniques that surround this cuisine. Related knife skills will be taught, appropriate to the age of the students.
