Online Class: A Chef Be-Sides You

Are you suddenly in charge of Thanksgiving this year? Join Chef Casey as he helps you get some of your prep out of the way the day before. This way you do not have to stress so much on Thanksgiving day and you’ll get to enjoy time with your family and friends. We will prepare some classic side dishes to go on your family table. Each recipe will feed 6 to 8 people, and you will receive instructions for reheating and finishing the dishes while your turkey rests. This holiday should be enjoyed, not feared!

Spicy Asparagus Casserole
Cran-Rasberry Sauce
Casey’s Favorite Candied Yams

Each seat purchased includes a chef prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for six to eight servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at City Creek cooking school on Tuesday, November 24th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
