Online Class: A Trip to Maine – From Lobster Rolls to Blueberry Cake

Join Chef Daniela for a seafood adventure! Since its not yet safe to travel, make up for it by taking your taste buds on a trip to Maine. Chef has prepared an exciting menu where you will learn how to prepare some of this region’s most famous and fresh seafood dishes. Maine’s rocky Atlantic coastline and lush forests make it famous for its Maine lobster and wild blueberries, in this class we will get to highlight both of these delicious ingredients. Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Thursday,  February, 25th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
