Online Class: Artisan Breads From Your Kitchen

Our most favorite class is back! And this time, it will be literally from your kitchen! After much testing, and a few modifications we are sure that we will deliver a great experience for you to learn how to make bread in your own kitchen! In this hands-on online workshop, you will learn the basics of mixing and baking artisan bread; understanding yeast, starters, gluten development, and more. Join Chef Freyka for one of her favorite subjects to teach!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two guests to make breads and share. Light lunch will be provided. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Traverse Mountain Cooking School on Friday, December 4h, from 12:00 pm. to 5:30 p.m.
