Online Class: Babka Baby!

Babka was developed in Eastern Europe in the early 19th century. Leftover challah dough was rolled up and stuffed with fruit jam or cinnamon and baked as a loaf. Over time, bakers began experimenting with different fillings and flavors. Chocolate became a favorite and in this class you’ll see why. Join us for this class and learn the ropes of baking this delectable bread. Chef Sage will explore both chocolate and cinnamon varieties and give you the foundations to create your own style!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
