Online Class: Beef Wellington Obsession

A favorite of master chefs and foodies alike, Beef Wellington has become one of the most famous and intimidating dishes of our time. Originating as a French dish, this elaborate beef preparation has made its way around the globe and evolved into so much more. There is a reason we at Harmons are obsessed with it and cannot get enough! Join Chef Casey as he teaches you how to master this feared recipe. He will show you that it’s not as difficult as you think and give you the confidence to create this beauty in your own home. Each kit will include ingredients for one Beef Wellington that will feed two to four people and all the sides and sauce you will need.

Each seat purchased includes a chef prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
